What You'll Do Every Day:

Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences:
  • Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play
  • Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries
  • Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building
  • Observe and assess each child's unique developmental progress
  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity
Build a Thriving Classroom Community:
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued
  • Establish routines that help children feel secure and confident
  • Create displays and learning centers that inspire exploration and decision-making

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred
  • Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten
  • Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
  • ECE/Lead Teacher credentials required
